January 20th is National Cheese Lover’s Day! While I do not how or when this observance started, I will happily celebrate by eating some cheese. Perhaps I will make a grilled cheese sandwich, even though that has it’s own special day (April 12) or perhaps try a cheesy recipe.
The first recipe that popped into my mind was one I recently found on Pinterest. It is a recipe for Cheeseburger Pasta and it was super easy to make. I think it would be the perfect thing to cook today.
